Hey guys,

I spoke to my sis in law who is a principal with TCDSB and she says that we can complete an application for a gym permit, on a Sunday and there are minimal payments for Caretaking and use, which Tomas can take care of. LOL

Anyway, I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but I thought I would start the blog, and hopefully we can have a few days of discussion on line to confirm a date and location. We would have to apply for a date and location, and they would advise if it is available.

I recommend Sunday March 23 2014 from 9am to 12pm at a gym/school near the 400 corridor, and as south as 401.

Thoughts mainly on date.

If we get a majority agreement on the date above, or another date mentioned, then David and the Executive Committee can provide ok and direction to proceed.

March 16 is end of March break and might be too soon for us to set it up?

I believe that March 30th would be optimal.

I need to apply for the permit and may have to try a few schools, so if we are going to get her done, then we need an Executive Committee decision to go ahead with that date, or we can wait for next meeting and plan to do it in April some time?

Unfortunately, Tuesday I have a funeral mass to go to at 7:30pm and wont be able to make meeting.

But if you guys can confirm an agreed upon date, I will then apply for the permit and hopefully we get the date and we can then proceed on with promoting the event.
