A great day on the water, lots of fish, lots of fun, great BBQ. Sad to say that Mississauga gave GHBA a beat down in the club challenge 79.73 lbs. to 71.01, next time we will prevail. Thanks to Bob & Rick B, Cheeky and Gordo and of course where would we be without CARP on the BBQ. Also nice to see the "new guys" out having a good time.

20. WW - Scott & Steve - 2.18
21. GHBA - Jamie & Rich - DNW
22. GHBA - JT & John - DNW

Total Mississauga domination! Congrats to Charles and Joey for strong finish on new body of water. Mikey for all of the recon and scouting. Everybody from our club cashed a cheque. I put forth this idea. Have "Club Challenge" every year with GHBA and WW and used it as our club fund raiser? Confusedhock:

Thanks all of our guys coming out and making this a great event.

Next event is Scugog FROG ONLY event. As I mentioned earlier, frog must be pre-approved with exact location on the lake you'll be using them. GPS coordinate or Waypoint will aid in expediting the approval process. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation. lol.

Great fund raiser idea. It's pretty much 100% guaranteed. Only thing we need to do somehow convince those utter weaklings and cowards from WW to actually show up to pad our pockets a bit more with even less risk. And yes, I know it's hard to have less than 0% risk, but hey - it's WW.

lol

Thanks Tommy.

Easy to say when you pull Joey as your partner. I think even I could have placed with Joey as my co ;-)

Gordo, channelling Chris Speers this morning?
Ooops sry I didn't mean to type that.

What I meant to say was... Joey doesn't fish with.... Ummm

Ah... Guess we'll never find out. Lol

Looking at your past tourney results over the years Tommy, you must be "bagel king " of the Miss club. Maybe you should reconsider dropping the boater side and become a non, then you could fish with a guy like yourself in the 75% club. Too bad a guy can't have an opinion without being shot down in flames in this club lol

Hahaha. I guess your club executive (who should be ashamed of themselves for letting a guy like you in) and Rick can now see why you have not been welcome at our club's events or in any of our boater's rigs at joined events for awhile now. Your attitude here so completely helps justify our position and is another giant "I told you so" to the exec of your club and the CBAF Tournament Director and Committee.... Thank you for that - sincerely. Really really helps.

Gordo, everyone knows Joey is da man - how could anyone say otherwise. Only dude in Canada with 2 30+ lb sacks in big events - in Spring and Fall! And been damn close a few more times. I can quite honestly say Joey could've won that tournament if I put a stenko in a rod holder on the back deck all day and did nothing but bring him water, feed him grapes like Cleopatra and apply sunscreen for him to keep him in the "zone". lol But that's why we keep him around in the club - even though he's not nearly degen enough for our profile. Once in a while we get to ride his coattails and brag a little. Don't worry, I'll be back down to earth soon enough. Erie is coming and I killed 4 last time, aiming for the quintuple this time.

Mike or CHRIS, that's not an opinion... but thanks for your suggestion. will be considered.

Looking for the like button Charles! Just saying it would be fun to watch. I'm sure it wasn't as one sided as you suggest.

I must say, even though we could not find the big fish, I can see why Cheeky was a shoe in for the team last year. As a co, we are so lucky to learn off the best. (Still want to get back in a my own boat though).

Tommy, Chris is good to fish with, very intense (part of Chris's charm) but no complaints and a pretty good stick. So let's leave it at that :-)
