The C.O.'s were set up inside the main entrance at BPS with a booth promoting their Cookbook, every one who bought one was entered into a draw for something, I have the original Edition put out for their Centennial in 1992, great way to help support their organization plus you get a very nice Cookbook.
Great X-mas, Birthday present.

For Wild Game I only tried Roast Shoulder of Bear & Venison Shepherd's Pie & that's about 15 yrs ago, gave up hunting & haven't had any buddies that has extra, other than summer sausage once in a while, bought it mainly to support the C.O.'s, if your into deserts they have lots of them too. I haven't looked at the new one very much yet.
